A trip to the theatre!
Year 6 were invited to Wigan Little Theatre to watch the performance of The Railway Children. We all had a fantastic time and everything from the acting to the costumes were phenomenal.We can’t wait to learn more about life in the performance industry during our...Brilliant Beginning!
Year 6 had a visit from History Alive to kick-start our first topic all about World War II. We explored many artefacts and found out endless, interesting facts about life at home during the War. We even got dressed in traditional clothing (even the teachers!)Calling all bakers!
27th September- St. Catharine’s School Bake Off competition! Please bring all bakes in to school on the morning of 27th ready for judging. Cakes will be sold in the hall from 2pm. All donations will be sent to the McMillan Cancer Support charity.
