In Year 3 today, we joined the whole school in observing a 2 minute silence for Remembrance Day. We listened to the Last Post and Reveille, and learnt about why have Remembrance Day and why poppies are used as a symbol to help us remember the brave people who have or are serving in the armed forces. We also made our own poppy wreaths to proudly display on our door.
