Earlier in the week, Year 2 were looking at when the seaside became a popular trip. Although it used to be more wealthy people that were able to venture to the seaside, we found out that steam trains allowed poorer people from the city to travel out to the seaside resorts! We used our searching, copy, pasting and typing skills to produce a Microsoft Word document with information about the use of trains!
