The children in Year 1 had a fantastic time being Spring detectives! They then used the iPads to take photographs and make a Picollage to show the signs of Spring. They have shown great photography skills.

We have continued to look at hot and cold countries around the world. We matched the national animal to their country on the world map. We then used the atlases to find the countries. The children found this good fun.
We have finished writing the story Handa’s Surprise using our own words. The children have amazed me this week with the fabulous vocabulary they have to chosen to make their sentences more interesting.
