Hello everyone!
Wow! What beautiful weather we have been blessed with this week, I hope you have made the most in your gardens, and during your exercise! This week, I have walked more than ever! I feel that I have made the most of the exercise allowance, as I completed a 5k walk/jog! I am very proud of myself, and after completing this, I donated £5 to the NHS charities! What have you done this week to thank all of our NHS heroes?
With all of this hot weather, my dog Daisy has not been a very happy dog. In fact, she has been a very hot dog! So this week, Daisy had a lock down hair cut, what do you think?

Also, a huge thank you to you all for keeping me up to date with your learning via Dojo! I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing how you are getting on, having conversations with some of you, and it is so helpful to see what activities you are enjoying, and would like to see more of!
A lot of our parents said they found the Reception Weekly Learning Overview much easier to follow, so please find below links for the learning overview, and learning links for phonics, writing, maths and WOW activities.
As always, stay safe, take care, and I hope to see you all very soon!
Miss Brown 🙂

To support pencil grip when writing, each morning we would sing the ‘Crocodile Snap’ song before our morning writing activity, if you notice your child is struggling with their grip, watch this!
They should remember the song and can teach you too https://www.griffinot.com/supporting-pencil-grasp-development/
