What a fantastic day Reception had at Smithills Open Farm in Bolton!
In the morning, we fed the animals in Pet’s Corner, rode on the donkeys and explored the farm both indoors and outdoors – we particularly enjoyed the park!
In the afternoon, we watched the cows being milked – what an experience! We also had a tractor ride, where we fed the donkeys and horses.
We had the best time, and how behaviour was outstanding! A real credit to St. Catharine’s!
