Year 3 Trip to Chester!

Year 3 had a great time in Chester today! We learnt about life in Roman Britain and even got to experience a small taste of life as a Roman soldier. We marched through Chester with our shields and even tested out some Roman army formations against the adults! In the afternoon, we had a workshop at the museum to learn more about the Roman Empire and the impact on Britain. The children were fantastic representatives for the school, and really showed off what they already knew about the Romans.
