🖍 St. Catharine’s Art Week 🖌

Over the week, from Reception to Year 6, children explored cultures through a variety of different mediums (drawing, sculpture, painting, printing and collage), focusing on Brazilian, African and Indian, I am sure you will agree the art work that has been produced is stunning! As a school, we focused on the visual elements – colour and pattern. We started by finding them in Artist’s work, then exploring using different techniques and how these elements can be used to improve and enhance our own Art work.
