Year 1 had fun being History Detectives this week. We started by interviewing my parents about school life 60 year ago.

We then looked at log books, punishment books and artefacts from the past of St Catharine’s school.

Next we used photographs of school life past and present and compared them, looking carefully for clues of the changes that had happened.

Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum!!!

Look at our beanstalks!!!!! Using rulers we found out which had grown the tallest and which was the shortest.

We can’t wait to see if they grow taller but have our fingers crossed that the giant does not appear.
