For English this week, you will be focusing on a setting description about an enchanted woodland. Let your imagination run wild with this!
Session 1: Read the example text and colour code for the content and grammar
Session 1 Y5 and Y6 success criteria lesson 1 – 2 per sheet
Session 2: Vocabulary lesson.
Session 2 Y5 and Y6 vocab lesson
Session 3 and 4: Plan and write your setting description!
Paragraph 1: Entering the woodland (initial sights/sounds etc)
Paragraph 2: Exploring further into the forest (mythical creatures)
Paragraph 3: An enchanted object
Session 5: Continue and edit your writing – refer to the success criteria from session 1.
