Hello to you all – we have one more week until Summer! I know it may feel like you have had your Summer holidays already, but this is it! Time to relax, really have that quality time, and prepare for September!
This final week has really allowed me to reflect on how amazing a school St. Catharine’s is! Staff, governors, parents, guardians and children have all supported one another through this strange time. Learning has always been at the forefront of this and I hope you have really enjoyed and appreciated the Home Learning Challenges we have set each week.
Also, this week we say goodbye to Miss Grimshaw! Whose journey with us has been an amazing one! She is now a qualified teacher and will be starting her teaching career in Dubai in September! She has helped every individual in our class to grow and to learn to the best of their abilities. She has shown so much care and compassion to each child and I know the children love and miss her very much. We wish you all of the luck and love in the world, Miss Grimshaw. You are going to be amazing – please keep in touch!
Finally, all that is left to say… Please enjoy your Home Learning this week! Enjoy your Summer, stay safe and stay in touch on DOJO!
See you all very soon, when you are in Year One! Continue to shine,
Miss Brown, Mrs Halliwell and Miss Grimshaw x
